RentMineOnline.com Publishes Korman Residential Case Study

In the first 8 months of RentMineOnline service at Korman Residential, residents reached out to over 40,000 friends recommending the Korman properties. The program yielded a 253% ROI. In aggregate there were 87 residents that participated through RentMineOnline and had a friend join the community at a later date. One property in particular, River Chase, scored a 580% ROI through the RentMineOnline program.

At River Chase there were 26 social matches for the property. The social matches are residents who referred friends through Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and email that later had one or more of those friends that were messaged move into the property.

To determine the direct matches, RentMineOnline analysts reviewed the data that the community provided on who was paid a referral bonus and found that of the 50 resident referrals, 37 received an email from RentMineOnline making them aware of the referral program.

RentMineOnline has used Korman Residential as a case study and Korman Residential looks forward to continue working with RentMineOnline at all properties to increase the number of resident referrals moving forward.
