MISSION:

To identify community needs and deliver critical services through volunteerism and direct funding.

Every Korman Residential team member is encouraged to take two paid work days annually to volunteer. Korman Residential team members work shoulder to shoulder alongside residents, friends, and family members in the true spirit of helping others. The end result is a large, motivated group of individuals working together to make an impact. We hope that other companies like ours will follow suit and the number of volunteers will continue to grow.

Korman Residential currently owns and manages multi-family property portfolios in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida.

Congratulations to Korman Residential for receving the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure "Outstanding Increase In Team Participation Award" on May 8, 2011 with 165 participants. Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and generous contributions from partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, Susan G. Komen for the Cure has become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.	The Common Ground Community Garden gives you a piece of the earth that’s all yours. Reserve your very own section free and grow whatever you like. Some residents plant flowers. Others grow herbs and spices. Others create vegetable gardens. It’s a place to get closer to nature, as well as your other “green” neighbors.	The Korman Residential team totaled over 250 members at the 2010 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.	Recipients of the 2009 APTS Magazine Humanitarian Award and Most Charitable Company	Korman Residential provides funding to the Philadelphia Police Department to purchase a set of police bicycles.
